Dr. Marlene Fuller
is a woman of God, sent by God to do God’s will. All that she is and all that she will be, she gives tribute to an Almighty God.
Dr. Fuller is the pastor-elect of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Mechanicsville, VA. Formerly, she served as an Associate Minister at Anointed New Life Baptist Church; providing leadership for internal reach and outreach ministries. She is currently a senior counselor at the Healing Center, a ministry of First Shiloh Baptist Church, in Mechanicsville, VA; providing spiritual direction, pastoral counseling, and inner healing prayer. In addition, Dr. Fuller is the Director for children, youth, and young adults for Chickahominy Baptist Association in Hanover County of Virginia which serves 11 churches. Dr. Fuller’s reach has been broad to extend to Africa and throughout the US as she has led and preached conferences, revivals, and has worked diligently to build disciples. She has provided pastoral leadership to several churches in Virginia to revitalize fellowship and outreach. Dr. Fuller is an energetic and prolific speaker and preacher; and a former fellow of the Princeton Theological Seminary’s Engle Institute of Preaching.
Dr. Fuller matriculated at The College of William and Mary, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Theatre/Speech. She has earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Averett University and has a Master Certification in Project Management from George Washington University. With honors, Dr. Fuller earned a Master of Divinity degree from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University and has an earned Doctor of Ministry in Formational Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary.
Dr. Fuller is an anointed teacher, preacher, and songstress. Yet, her greatest passion is positioning others for healing. As the Director and Founder for LEAP, LLC., Dr. Fuller is a passionate advocate for the brokenhearted; helping them to identify areas of broken-ness and break-free of the bondage of old wounds so they can transform and experience an abundant life.
